Set up in 2003, following the merger of three distinct companies, Tintoria Bardazzi founded in 1952, and subsequently expanded by the purchase of Tintoria Gamma, Tintoria Carbonizzo Colle founded in 1969 and Tintoria Colofibre set up in 1989, the group has continued to grow to become one of the key players in the sector of textile dyeing.
